Registering an Account for Property Manager
LANDLORDS AND STRATA MEMBERS
To register an account for Property Manager, follow these steps:
Your account registration is initiated by your Property Manager using their Office Manager system, so you must first get in touch with your agency and ask them to activate your Property Manager account.
You'll then receive an email from Property Manager with details of your username and password, and a link to activate your account.
If you don't receive it within 2 hours, check your Spam mailbox and please ensure rppropertymanager.com.au is added to your safe senders list.
Click on the link in the email, login with your username and password and agree to the Terms and Conditions for accessing Property Manager.

PROPERTY MANAGERS
Activating your Account
You must be a current Office Manager customer, and be running the latest version of the software. If you are using an older version, you will need to upgrade. Please contact RP Data Support if you require assistance.
You will receive an email from Property Manager with details of your username and password, and a link to activate your account.
Click on the link in the email, login with your usename and password and agree to the Terms and Conditions for accessing Property Manager.
Once you have activated your account, you will be able to activate access for your landlords.
